Refund policy

At PawVibe, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Items returned after 14 days

Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
